Details

The Bobby G. Gaines High School Equivalency Waiver Program is available to students who have earned their State of Oklahoma-recognized High School equivalency Diploma (GED, HiSet, or TASC).  Students must be enrolled in 12 hours a semester to receive a $900 tuition waiver per year. Students are responsible for fees and books.

Students must submit the application by June 1, 2027. Students must enter OCCC within three years of receiving the GED, HiSet or TASC. Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements

• Students must have earned their GED, HiSet, or TASC within the past three years.
• Students must be enrolled in 12 hours a semester (fall and spring).
