Humanities

Upon successful completion of the Humanities program at Oklahoma City Community College, students will be able to:

• Compose coherent essays with correct MLA formatting.
• Integrate information from a variety of sources within major course assignments.
• Interpret the cultural significance of humanities artifacts, such as literature, art, and philosophy.
• Think critically to support reasoned conclusions.
• Apply foundational concepts and discipline-specific vocabulary to the analysis of selected artifacts, such as literature, art, and philosophy.
