    OCCC to offer Oklahoma City's first course using Apple's Swift Language

    Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) will be the first in the Oklahoma City metro to offer a mobile app development class using Swift, a general-purpose programming language developed by Apple to build apps for iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS. The class will introduce computer programming, including design, development, testing, implementation and documentation.     Qualified students with interest in pursuing a career in cybersecurity, have a unique opportunity to earn a full scholarship at Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) through the National Science Foundation (NSF) CyberCorps Scholarship for Service (SFS) program. The prestigious scholarship pays for full tuition and provides an allowance for related expenses such as textbooks, fees, professional certifications and travel.
