Biography

Kevin Eddings was born and raised in far NE Oklahoma.  He attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Junior College for 2 years before transferring to the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education.  After graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with his Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, he began as an adjunct professor here at Oklahoma City Community College.  Having been teaching in the public schools for 25 years, Mr. Eddings is now happy to be at OCCC as a full time professor of English.  Here he enjoys working with students and teaching a variety of courses.  In his free time, Professor Eddings enjoys home improvement projects, music, reading, researching educational practices, spending time with his family and friends, and most importantly, playing with his 3 grandkids.
