English and Humanities Building
Three classrooms in year one of the project were redesigned to accommodate collaborative learning activities which will better engage students and facilitate success. As recommended by the Classroom Redesign Committee these classrooms have moveable furnishings to enable different configurations of the rooms.
Instructional and Informational Technology Services partnered with us to make these classrooms a higher functioning learning environment. They provided new technology including a thin client for each student, and interactive white board (Genius board), short-throw projector, and a smaller more flexible teaching station.
In Fall 2015 these classrooms are being used by faculty and they are very sought after learning spaces.
