Transcripts
OCCC is closed beginning Wednesday, 12/18/24 at 5:00 PM and will reopen on Monday, 1/6/25 at 8:00 AM. All Fall 2024 grades are now available on transcripts and may be ordered on the link below. Orders will be processed while the campus is closed, provided there are no holds on the student account. Please see the instructions for information on the ordering process if needed.
All transcripts ordered via Self Service, and all orders for paper transcripts placed through Parchment, will have an extended processing time. Digital transcript requests remain the fastest way to obtain a transcript.

Oklahoma City Community College utilizes Parchment and accepts transcript requests via a secure website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Should you have any trouble ordering, please contact Parchment at: Parchment Customer Service
We recommend utilizing the PDF option if the recipient accepts electronic transcripts or if you are sending to an email address.
