Meet the Staff
Dr. Carolyn Eastlin
Dr. Carolyn Eastlin is an accomplished higher education administrator with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Director of Compliance, Accountability, and Title IX at Oklahoma City Community College. In this role, she oversees compliance with Title IX, Title VII, and ADA/504 regulations, fostering an inclusive campus environment.
Previously, Dr. Eastlin served as Assistant Dean of Students, managing residential life and housing operations, and as the Employee Experience and Diversity Program Manager at Coursera, where she collaborated with employee resource groups to enhance engagement and recruitment for over 1,500 global employees.
A first-generation college graduate, Dr. Eastlin holds a Bachelor of General Studies and a Master of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University, and a Doctor of Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Her professional affiliations include ATIXA, NASPA, SACSA, and OKWHE, reflecting her commitment to advancing equity and student success in higher education.
Eiran Rodriguez
Eiran Rodriguez is a driven leader, seasoned criminal investigator, and technical expert with over 20 years of specialized education and experience. He is a dual degree recipient with a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency Disaster Management and Homeland Security. Mr. Rodriguez began his career in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he gained background and expertise in heavy weather search and rescue. Additionally, he served as a Highway Patrol Trooper for the Texas Department of Public Safety, where Mr. Rodriguez played a pivotal role in criminal law enforcement, drug interdiction, and child protection.
Later, Mr. Rodriguez pivoted into the private sector, where he served as a consultant/trainer for various law enforcement agencies and other government entities that focused on conducting training, investigations, and advanced logistical management. Possessing an active DOD Security Clearance, Mr. Rodriguez held the position of Senior Mission Training Planner for the 27th Special Operations Wing of the United States Air Force for several years until he transitioned into Higher Education. Mr. Rodriguez has investigated and coordinated in the areas of Human Resources, Student Code of Conduct, Title IV, Title VI, Title VII, & Title IX.
