With more than 1,000 employees across more than 60 departments, OCCC has a faculty and staff population that’s as as diverse and versatile as the students we serve. Each person has a unique background and perspective, and brings their own experiences to our community. Those perspectives deserve to be heard, so OCCC has both Faculty and Staff Associations to represent the interests of our employees, committees that advise on the direction of everything from our HR policies to our special events, hiring committees and mentors to help select and shape our team from onboarding through long-term retention, and an executive leadership team that looks at how the college evolves and operates holistically.
