This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth study of the five planning phases. The student will demonstrate the knowledge and skills to develop, implement and evaluate strategic, tactical, standing, and single use plans. Specific emphasis will be placed on techniques useful in offsetting future uncertainties by the risk associated with decision making.
