Located in the heart of Oklahoma City's main Hispanic neighborhood, OCCC's Capitol Hill Center is a leader in serving the adult education and job readiness needs of the community's diverse member.

The Career Transitions Program is designed to assist individuals facing economic challenges (i.e. receiving temporary assistance) in acquiring educational attainment that will assist them in obtaining self-sufficiency.

Professional Development Institute at Oklahoma City Community College offers a "higher degree of learning" by developing unique and innovative solutions for the lifelong learning needs of employees in business, governmental and not-for profit organizations. Our services include credit and non-credit classes delivered on campus, on site or online.

Cultural Programs is a Division within the OCCC Office of Community Development that aims to enrich the lives of students, staff, and the south Oklahoma City community at large, by fostering a thriving arts environment.
