Transfer Students: Get Started Here

Do you have college credits from another college or university?  Whether you are planning on completing your degree at OCCC or just want to enroll in a class or two, follow these simple steps:

1.  Complete the Application for Admission

The Application for Admission is required for all new students.  If you are a student at another college wanting to add one or two classes, you must complete the application.  Once you complete and submit your application, you can view possible additional items needed to complete the process.

2.  Request official transcripts from all colleges attended

All transfer students are required to submit official transcript(s) from all colleges attended.  For students in "Good Academic Standing", an unofficial transcript from the most recent college can be used for admission.  You can request transcripts be sent to OCCC or bring them to the Office of Recruitment & Admissions.

3.  Request an official transcript from your high school

All transfer students who have not completed 24 college credit hours are required to submit an official high school transcript.  You can request your transcript be sent from your high school or bring it directly to the Office of Recruitment & Admissions.
