Cooperative Education

Oklahoma City Community College currently participates in a number of cooperative programs with various higher education and vocational technical institutions. These programs provide services and instruction that increase accessibility and convenience for students. Institutions that Oklahoma City Community College is involved with cooperatively are listed below. For further information, call (405) 682-7535.

The University of Oklahoma

OU teaches upper division courses on the Oklahoma City Community College campus and operates a counseling center to assist students interested in transferring to OU.

The University of Central Oklahoma

UCO teaches courses on the Oklahoma City Community College campus. The two institutions also have an agreement relating to business and marketing students.

Oklahoma State University- Oklahoma City

Redlands Community College

An agreement between the two institutions allows agriculture students to take general education courses at Oklahoma City Community College. The credit hours they earn then apply toward a degree awarded by Redlands Community College.

Rose State College

An agreement allows the two institutions to offer foreign language courses without unnecessary duplication.

Francis Tuttle

Cooperative agreements in a number of specific programs allow students to study at Francis Tuttle and receive credit toward an associate degree awarded by Oklahoma City Community College.

Moore Norman Technology Center

Through a number of cooperative agreements, students in specific programs may study at Moore Norman Technology Center and receive credit toward an associate degree awarded by Oklahoma City Community College.

Metro Tech

A series of cooperative agreements allow students to study in specified programs at Metro Tech and receive credit toward an associate degree awarded by the College.
