Professor Leslie Jones began at OCCC in February, 2006 and served as our first Transfer and Distance Advising Coordinator. She then transitioned to working as an adjunct professor here and with the University of Central Oklahoma. In the Fall of 2013, Professor Jones began working as a full-time faculty member at OCCC. She is committed to student success through engaging learning experiences and is continually seeking new pedagogical techniques to try on her students.

Professor Jones has a variety of interests in addition to history, including traveling, genealogical research, gardening, writing, and beekeeping.
