The Student Awards Ceremony scheduled for tonight, Friday, April 28, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Visual and Performing Arts Center Theater will proceed as scheduled. There are currently no plans to cancel classes or events today due to potential severe weather.

Biography

Professor Votaw holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma. She has taught Spanish for 20 years at the University of Oklahoma and served as the Beginning Spanish Coordinator for 5 years. She taught reading, conversation, grammar, and composition courses in Spanish. She is a native of Peru and she brings a lot of personal and travel experience to her classes.
